Thank you for choosing AMEROSE for your flowers! At AMEROSE, every bouquet is made to order with care and attention to detail. To ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful, we currently offer two days delivery and pre-scheduled delivery, between 11am -7pm across London.
Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery date and time. You’ll be able to choose a slot at your convenience: 11am - 3pm or 3pm - 7pm. Your order will be delivered by our personal couriers, and we want to make sure your experience is seamless. Here’s everything you need to know:
Where We Deliver
We deliver across London, through our website. You can check a full list of postcodes and delivery costs here. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, though schedules can change around holidays. We usually aim to deliver within two days, depending on when you place your order.
Postcode Check
Please double-check that your postcode is entered correctly at checkout. Currently, we deliver within London only, and we can only process orders for valid postcodes in our delivery area. If your postcode isn’t listed, don’t worry — just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Picking Your Delivery Day
When you’re in the cart, you can choose the date you’d like your flowers delivered. The details will be confirmed in your order confirmation email, not at checkout. We try to stick to your requested day, but if you need to make a change after ordering, contact us and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is there to receive your flowers, we’ll either leave them in a safe spot or follow any instructions you’ve given. Please make sure your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.
