If your flowers do not arrive as expected, contact us immediately at contact@amerose.co.uk and we will resolve the matter promptly.

For boxes/baskets:

1. Add a small amount of water every two days. Pour gently into the centre to avoid over  soaking.
2. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruits.
3. Keep the arrangement upright and avoid moving it frequently.

For bouquets:

1. Cut 1-2 cm off the stems at an angle.
2. Fill a clean vase with cool water and add the flower food. Stir until dissolved.
3. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruits.
4. Change the water and trim the stems every two days.

When substitutions may occur

Occasionally a specific flower, colour, or container may not be available. When this happens, we'll always substitute with something of equal or greater value that honours the same aesthetic and colour palette. We'll never compromise the look or feel of your composition.
