Delivery Days: We deliver across London from Monday to Saturday, including major holidays.

Delivery Timing & Order Cut-Offs: Most orders arrive within two days, depending on when you place your order. For specific delivery dates and cut-off times, click here.

Delivery Fee: Free of charge.

Delivery Postcodes: We deliver to most London postcodes. You can check the full list of areas and postcodes we cover here.

If your flowers do not arrive as expected, contact us immediately at contact@amerose.co.uk and we will resolve the matter promptly.

For boxes/baskets:

1. Add a small amount of water every two days. Pour gently into the centre to avoid over  soaking.
2. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruits.
3. Keep the arrangement upright and avoid moving it frequently.
4. Remove fading blooms to keep the arrangement fresh.

For bouquets:

1. Cut 1-2 cm off the stems at an angle.
2. Fill a clean vase with cool water and add the flower food. Stir until dissolved.
3. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
4. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruits.
5. Change the water and trim the stems every two days.
6. Remove fading blooms to keep the bouquet fresh.

At Amerose, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using some seasonal flowers available. While we always aim to replicate each design as closely as possible, flower availability can vary due to seasonality, market conditions, or supplier availability.

When substitutions may occur

If a specific flower, colour, or container is unavailable, we may make a substitution to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.
